Heavy-Duty Construction
Thanks to its heavy-duty 20 gauge stainless steel construction, this pot cover is built to withstand frequent use in your high-volume kitchen without denting. The body is made of type 400 stainless steel. It will also resist discoloration, so that even as hot steam continually contacts the bottom of the cover, the flavors of your food are never compromised.

This lid features a smooth, polished finish to help hide fingerprints and signs of wear.
Raised Lip
The raised lip feature enables the lid to sit snugly over the top of your pot for a tight fit that will keep moisture locked in, making it perfect for use while steaming fish and vegetables
