Heavy-Duty Construction
Thanks to its heavy-duty 22 gauge stainless steel construction, this pan cover is built to withstand frequent use in your high-volume kitchen without denting. The body is made of type 400 stainless steel. It will also resist discoloration, so that even as hot steam continually contacts the bottom of the cover, the flavors of your food are never compromised.
Polished Look
This lid features a smooth, polished finish to help hide fingerprints and signs of wear.
Raised Lip
The raised lip feature enables the lid to sit snugly over the top of your pan for a tight fit that will keep moisture locked in, making it perfect for use while steaming fish and vegetables.
