Best Practices

For the best results, use this ring when your pan and oil are hot to cook the egg and ensure it doesn't leak out under the egg ring. Simply heat the egg ring to prevent the egg from sticking to the ring.

I’ve spent over a lot of money this month on ineffective, poorly crafted products from Webstaurant. It’s becoming difficult to shop here. We replaced our original egg rings (bought at Webstaurant 8 years ago) with these, and they are the opposite of non-stick. At least 1/4 of the egg sticks, causing my cooks to have to spoon it out to avoid tearing. If you want poor looking eggs and pay your employees to waste time hassling with bad tools - this is the egg ring for you.

Overal this product works well, I have several and the only issue is the weld at the handle is not the strongest, I fixed my own but it's inconvenient if it breaks during the breakfast rush.

Frequently Asked Questions

To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick. Additionally, metal utensils and abrasive cleaners should not be used with non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching and damaging the coated surface.
