This Vigor 12, 18, and 22 qt. blue square polypropylene food storage container lid makes it easy to store ingredients, as well as fully prepared food in a color-coded establishment.
This food storage container lid is designed specifically to work with all 12, 18, or 22 qt. Vigor square food storage containers, allowing flexibility between any style of container in use. Use it to cover freshly chopped fruit salad, sliced vegetables, soup stock, or stew.

With a bright blue construction, the durable polypropylene design gives it the strength and affordability you need in your commercial kitchen, making it perfect for restaurants, caterers, delis, and cafes. Create an efficient color-coded system in your kitchen by matching the lid to the corresponding size container's colored graduations (sold separately).

When paired with a compatible container (sold separately), this lid keeps food fresher for longer than when covered with traditional foil or plastic wrap. Plus, it will offer a safe, secure seal to prevent outside contaminants from getting in and messes from getting out. To ensure a proper seal, wash the lid in warm water or run under hot water. The heat will cause the seal to be more flexible for a much easier fit.

5.0Bought the matching 2 and 4 qt. container. They seem to have a tighter seal than my Cambro ones. Too soon to tell how they will be over time but they seem well made. Lids make for easy stacking.
