4.0Seems to hold up to heat up to 550 degrees. Dexterity is somewhat limited, but it is a mitt after all.

5.0This silicon long oven mitt is great for holding hot items that can splash around. It's well insulated, although holding something right out of the oven can still feel slightly hot. It's very easy to clean and keep sanitary. Definitely will be buying more.
